Deleting your Niro3D account
How to delete your account
You can delete your account in the Niro3D shop and app yourself at any time, or ask us to do it.
In the app or on the website: sign in, open Account → Settings → Delete account and confirm. We sign you out at once and send a confirmation to your e-mail.
By e-mail: write from the address you registered with to info@niro3d.cz, subject "Account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and send a confirmation.
What we delete
Your account and sign-in (password, Google, Apple), sign-in links and codes, uploaded 3D models and designs, reviews, your cart and the contact details on your orders (e-mail, phone, delivery address).
What we must keep
We keep invoices and orders for 10 years under Czech accounting law, with billing details only (name, billing address, and company ID and VAT number if given).
An order in progress
If you have an order in progress, you can delete the account once it has been delivered. More in our privacy policy.
