Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, our workshop is in Prague 5, Stodůlky (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00). Pickup is free — arrange it via WhatsApp or email once printing is done.

How long does printing and delivery take in Prague?
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation. In-person pickup skips delivery time entirely; a parcel to a Zásilkovna or AlzaBox point in Prague usually arrives the next business day.

Do you print for companies based in Prague?
Yes, we're Czech VAT payers and invoice with 14-day payment terms. Volume discounts start from 3 pieces.

Can I come in person to discuss an order?
We're happy to arrange a short meeting at the workshop, or a WhatsApp consultation — we usually reply within 4 hours.
