Delivery Methods
Delivery in the Czech Republic
We deliver packages to the nearest pickup point (AlzaBox / Zasilkovna) based on your address. For larger orders, we use a courier service for direct delivery to your address.
International Delivery
For international shipments, we use DHL, GLS, or PPL services. The specific shipping method is selected based on the size and weight of the shipment. You can select your preferred delivery country during checkout.

Delivery Times
The delivery period begins from the confirmation of the order and receipt of payment. We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email.
Payment
Payment Card
We accept all common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway. Payment is required in advance when submitting the order.
Package Packaging
We carefully package every shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use quality cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and filling material. Fragile products are labeled and specially protected.
