How accurate are FDM prototypes?
Standard tolerance ±0.3mm. With optimized design we achieve ±0.2mm. Better than ±0.1mm requires post-processing.

What files do I need to have ready?
STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP. No CAD file? Send a photo, sketch or physical sample — we'll model it for you.

Can I order multiple design variants at once?
Yes. We commonly print 3–5 variants for A/B testing. Upload each variant as a separate file and we quote each separately.

How can I verify the material suits my requirements?
We're happy to print test samples in different materials or parameters (infill, wall count) before the prototype itself. Consultation is free.

Can I reuse the prototype file for production?
Yes. The file is stored in your company profile on niro3d.cz. For small-batch production from the same file, volume discounts apply.
