Does a name come out in one piece?
Yes. The letters join.

Can I choose the typeface or colour?
No. There is one typeface and the cutter is always white.

Does a bigger size cost more?
No. All sizes cost the same.

What if the name does not fit?
The editor offers a bigger size, a heart with a stamp, or a shorter name.

What picture can I upload?
A photo or drawing. If a part would fall off, the editor says so and offers to upload another.

Can I cut cookies with it?
Yes, but only with the cutter in PLA Pure. Its filament maker holds a declaration of suitability for food contact, and we send it on request. It is meant for short contact with dough at room temperature. After use, wash it by hand, do not put it in a dishwasher or an oven, and do not use it above 50 °C. Do not use the cutter in other materials on dough.
