Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the sale of 3D printed products and the provision of 3D printing services through the online store operated at niro3d.cz.

Seller: Nichita Roilean
Registered office: Petržílkova 2705/32, 158 00 Praha
Company ID: 22389032
VAT ID: CZ0212231877
Contact: info@niro3d.cz, +420 705 636 136

2. Orders and Conclusion of Purchase Agreement

The buyer's order constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase agreement. The automated order confirmation generated by the system does not constitute acceptance of the proposal to conclude a purchase agreement, but merely an acknowledgment of order receipt. The purchase agreement is concluded only upon binding confirmation of the order by the seller or upon dispatch of the goods.

The seller reserves the right to reject an order or withdraw from the purchase agreement in the event that:

  • The 3D model is not suitable for printing, contains errors, or is not technically feasible.
  • An obvious technical error has occurred in the automated price calculation (e.g., the price does not correspond to material and printing costs, or there is an error in the pricing algorithm). In such a case, the customer will be promptly informed and offered a corrected price or the option to cancel the order.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are listed inclusive of VAT. The price of 3D printing is calculated automatically based on analyzed data from the uploaded model (material volume, print time).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Online card payment (via a secure payment gateway)

4. Delivery Terms

The delivery period depends on the complexity of the order and current workload. Standard processing time is 3-10 business days. The customer will be informed of the exact delivery date.

We deliver goods to the nearest pickup point (AlzaBox / Zasilkovna) based on the customer's address. Larger orders may be delivered by courier directly to the address.

5. Withdrawal from the Agreement

The consumer acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from the agreement for the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specific requirements or customized to their personal needs.

As this involves custom-made production, it is not possible to return the goods without giving a reason within the 14-day period (as with a standard e-shop), provided the print is free of defects and matches the specifications.

For goods that are not custom-made (e.g., stock filaments, accessories), the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days applies.

6. Complaints and Warranty

Goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months. Complaints are governed by the complaints procedure and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

Complaints cannot be made for defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or natural wear and tear.

7. Copyright and Prohibited Content

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring they have the right to have a physical copy of the submitted 3D model produced and that doing so does not infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

The seller reserves the right to refuse to print models that:

  • Are in violation of the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • Represent weapons, their components, or functional weapon accessories.
  • Incite hatred, violence, or discrimination.
  • Are of a sexual or pornographic nature unsuitable for production.

In the event that such content is identified, the seller has the right to cancel the order even after its confirmation.

8. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions take effect on the date of their publication. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms.

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to resolve the matter amicably. The consumer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
