We print via FDM using PLA (strong plastic from renewable sources), PETG (heat- and moisture-resistant), and aesthetic PLA Silk / PLA Galaxy for glossy finishes. Multi-color printing via Bambu Lab AMS. No SLA, SLS or metal printing — FDM covers the vast majority of promotional product needs at the lowest cost.

What's the minimum order quantity?
There isn't one. We print from 1 piece up to 2,000. Volume discounts start at 3 units.

Can I supply my logo as a vector file?
Yes. We accept SVG, AI, PDF and STL/3MF. If you only have a PNG or JPG we can convert it to a 3D model for a small fee.

How many colors can you print at once?
Bambu Lab with AMS handles up to 4 colors in a single print without manual re-coloring. For more complex combinations we consult individually.

How long does production take?
Standard runs up to 100 units: 3–5 business days. Larger runs and multi-color models are scheduled individually at order confirmation.

Do you issue invoices for businesses?
Yes. Czech VAT payer (VAT ID CZ0212231877), 14-day invoice terms. Framework agreements with custom terms available for recurring orders.

Do you ship to the EU?
Yes. DPD and GLS across the EU, typically 3–5 business days after production completes.
