Functional parts

Made-to-measure spare parts | Custom 3D printed components

Broken a part that is no longer made? Need a one-off component to your own spec? We will make an exact spare by 3D printing — quickly, affordably, and in a material that lasts.

A collection of 3D printed spare parts of various shapes and sizes in technical materials

Overview

3D printing spare parts is the right answer when you need one specific component and a production run makes no sense. We can reproduce a damaged part exactly, or design a completely new component to your requirements. The materials we use hold up mechanically and thermally in real service.

Single pieces made, with no minimum order
Exact replicas of discontinued or unobtainable parts
Materials resistant to wear, heat and chemicals
Fast turnaround — usually 3-5 working days
The part can be improved on the original, not merely copied

Tailoring the spare part

Material chosen for the load

Material picked for the mechanical demand — standard PLA for light parts, tough PETG for mechanical loads and outdoor use. For extreme conditions we arrange special materials by agreement.

Accurate dimensions

Made from your 3D model, a technical drawing or a physical sample — to within ±0.2 mm.

Functional improvements

The design can be revised — weak points reinforced, ribbing added, or the geometry optimised for a longer life.

Colour and appearance

A choice of dozens of filament colours. The part can match the original visually or stand out in a contrasting colour.

use cases

Who orders custom spare parts

Households

Replacing cracked or worn plastic parts in appliances, furniture and household items.

Repair shops

Fast production of unobtainable spares, so a repair is not held up waiting for a delivery.

Industrial operations

Spare parts for production lines, jigs and machines — keeping downtime and cost down.

Garages and classic cars

Replica plastic parts for classic vehicles and automotive components that are no longer available.

Collectors and restorers

Missing parts made for the restoration of antique instruments, historic machinery and collectors' items.

How to order a spare part

01

Send your requirements or a 3D model

Upload a 3D model of the part (STL, STEP), or send photographs, a drawing or the physical damaged part.

02

Technical consultation

We assess feasibility, recommend a suitable material and confirm dimensions. If you have no 3D model, we can create one.

03

Production

The part is printed with settings optimised for strength and accuracy, and monitored during printing.

04

Quality check and delivery

The finished part is checked for dimensions and quality, packed safely and delivered anywhere in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Send photographs of the damaged part from several angles, a technical drawing, or the part itself. We measure it, model it and print it. 3D modelling is charged at €26/hour.

It depends on the material. PETG offers excellent toughness, dimensional stability and good chemical resistance, and copes with temperatures up to roughly 70 °C. For most household and industrial uses a printed part is a fully functional replacement. Where higher heat resistance is needed we arrange special materials by agreement.

Certainly. We often revise the design — reinforcing weak points, adding ribbing, or changing the shape to work better. The part does not have to be a copy; it can be better than the original.

There isn't one — we will make a single piece. That is the main advantage of 3D printing over conventional manufacturing, where a one-off is simply not available.

Our FDM printers work to ±0.2 mm. For parts with mating faces and threads we run calibration tests to make sure the fit is right.

The cost of 3D modelling (€26/hour) is added to the printing price. A simple part typically takes 1-2 hours to model. We confirm the exact price once we have assessed the complexity.
