We use FDM technology with PLA, PETG, PLA Silk and PLA Galaxy. For gift items we most often choose PLA Silk with a silky sheen or PLA Galaxy with a glitter effect. No SLA or metal printing — FDM covers the vast majority of gift product needs.

Can I order gifts with different names on each piece?
Yes. Personalization is handled via templates — send us a list of names or numbers and each piece is printed individually. Price depends on quantity and template complexity.

What's the minimum quantity for corporate gifts?
None. We print 1 piece or 2,000. Volume discounts start at 3+ units (5% and up).

How do I supply the logo for 3D printing?
Best as SVG or AI (vector format). We also handle PNG or JPG and vectorize for a small fee. STL/3MF files are accepted directly.

How quickly can you prepare the gifts?
Runs up to 50 pieces: typically 3–5 business days. Larger runs, multi-color or personalized gifts are scheduled individually.

Do you offer gift packaging?
We don't offer gift packaging itself, but every piece is safely packed for shipping. We recommend sourcing gift boxes externally — happy to advise.
