How long does production and shipping take?

Production takes 1–3 business days. Czech Republic delivery via PPL takes 1–2 business days. EU-wide shipping takes 3–7 business days. All orders are tracked.

What colors are available?

20+ colors available — white, black, grey, red, blue, green, terracotta, sage green, and special finishes like PLA Silk (metallic sheen) and PLA Galaxy (glitter). Custom colors on request.

Can I request a custom size or color?

Yes. Add your requirements in the order notes at checkout or email info@niro3d.cz. Custom colors, sizes, and multicolor prints are available for most products.

What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned. Contact info@niro3d.cz to initiate a return.
