Have you heard about 3D printing, seen amazing prints online, and thought, "I want that too!" But you don't have a printer and don't know where to start. This guide is exactly for you.

You Don't Need Your Own Printer

The first important news: you don't have to buy a 3D printer to have 3D printed objects. Custom services like ours will print anything for you – you just choose what you want, and we take care of the rest.

Why Use Custom Printing

  • No investment – A quality printer costs 15,000–50,000 CZK
  • No maintenance – Printers require regular care
  • Professional results – We have experience and optimal settings
  • More materials – We offer materials that ordinary home printers cannot handle

Step 1: Find a Model

First, you need a 3D model – a file that tells the printer what to create. You have two options:

Option A: Choose from a Catalog

The simplest way. In our catalog, you will find hundreds of ready-made products:

  • Tool and battery holders
  • Figurines and flexible models
  • Organizers and home accessories
  • Gifts and decorations

Just choose, select a color, and order.

Option B: Download a Model Online

There are huge libraries of free 3D models online:

Platform Description Link
Printables Thousands of verified models, Prusa community printables.com
MakerWorld Models from the Bambu Lab community makerworld.com
Thingiverse Largest library, varying quality thingiverse.com
Thangs Search engine across platforms thangs.com

Tip: On Printables, you'll find models with reviews and photos from others who have already printed them – you know exactly what you're getting.

Option C: Have a Model Designed

Have an idea but no model? Contact us – we can help with the design or recommend a designer.

Step 2: Upload the Model

Have you downloaded the file (usually .STL, .OBJ, or .3MF)? Great! Now upload it to our application:

  1. Log in or register (takes 30 seconds)
  2. Click on "Upload model"
  3. Drag and drop the file into the designated area
  4. Click on "Start upload" and wait for the analysis

After a few seconds, you will see an interactive 3D preview of your model.

Tip: If you have a model painted in Bambu Studio or PrusaSlicer, export it as 3MF – we will automatically load your colors.

Step 3: Select Material

Now comes the fun part – choosing the material and color. The offering is continuously expanding, but you will typically find:

Standard Materials – Ideal for First Prints

  • Easiest to print – lowest chance of problems
  • Wide range of colors – dozens of shades including special ones
  • Affordable price – the cheapest option

Suitable for: Decorations, figurines, prototypes, gifts

More Durable Materials – When You Need Strength

  • Mechanically stronger – resists impacts
  • Temperature stable – won't soften in the sun
  • Water resistant – suitable for humid environments

Suitable for: Functional parts, holders, outdoor use

Special Materials

For more demanding or luxurious projects, we also offer matte, silky, glittery, or translucent variants.

Step 4: Configure and Check the Price

In the editor, you can:

  • Change scale – Enlarge or shrink the model
  • Select colors – A different color for each part of the model (for multi-color prints)
  • Adjust parameters – Infill, layer height (advanced)

The price is recalculated in real-time. Once you are satisfied with the settings, click "Add to cart."

Step 5: Order

In the cart, you can adjust materials, colors, or quantities at any time. Then:

  1. Fill in the delivery address
  2. Select shipping method (ZΓ‘silkovna, courier)
  3. Pay online by card
  4. Done!

Tip: For orders over 500 CZK, shipping is free.
