Guide
In a shallow depth-of-field photograph, a black 3D printer build plate features a partially printed orange 'F' shape and an orange plus shape, secured by metal clips. In the out-of-focus background, other printer elements are visible, including a fan and electronic components. The ambient lighting suggests an indoor setting, such as a workshop or office.

Many of our customers come to us saying: "I don't know if it's possible to make, but I thought..." And our answer is almost always: "Yes, it is possible."

3D printing might seem like a complex technology for engineers, but for you as a customer, the process is very straightforward. Here's how we turn your idea into reality.

1. Inquiry and Consultation (Free)

Everything starts with contact. You don't need a technical drawing. All we need is:

  • A sketch on paper (even by hand).
  • A photo of a broken part you need to replace.
  • A description of its function (what it should be used for).
  • A link to a similar product.

We will assess feasibility and recommend a suitable material (plastic, rubber, composite).

2. 3D Modeling

If you don't have your own data (.STL or .STEP file), our designers will create the model.

  • Simple parts: Often finished within 30 minutes.
  • Complex mechanisms: Require more time and precision.
  • Reverse engineering: If you have a physical part, we will measure it and redraw it in 3D.

Before printing, we will always send you a preview of the model for approval.

3. Material Selection and Quotation

Based on the application, we will select the material.

  • PLA: For decorations and prototypes (cheap, eco-friendly).
  • PETG: For mechanical parts, durable and flexible.
  • ASA/ABS: For outdoor use (UV and heat resistant).
  • TPU: Flexible "rubber."

At this stage, you will receive a precise price quote. No hidden fees.

4. Printing and Post-processing

We start the printers. After printing, we clean the part, remove supports, and if necessary, sand or paint it.

5. Handover

You can pick up the finished product in person, or we can send it to you via Zásilkovna (packeta) or courier.

Have an idea in your head? Don't keep it there. Write to us and let's create.
