Frequently asked questions
Ask us something else- Q1
How soon does an order from Easter Decorations arrive?
We dispatch within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. The courier then delivers in 1–3 working days inside Czechia and 3–7 days across the EU.
- Q2
What material do you print Easter Decorations in?
It depends on what the part has to do — the recommendation is a little further up this page. We stock 9 materials, from everyday PLA through tough PETG to decorative finishes.
- Q3
How is the price worked out?
From the weight of the part, the material you choose and the print time. The minimum for one piece is €2.10, and delivery inside Czechia is €3.80. From 3 pieces up a volume discount applies, and it keeps rising with the quantity.
- Q4
Can I choose the colour?
Yes. We stock 35 colours across nine materials. You pick the shade on the product itself; if a colour is on order we tell you when it lands.
- Q5
What if Easter Decorations does not have what I am looking for?
Upload your own model — we price it in seconds and print it to order. Runs, prototypes and business orders have a section of their own.
