3D Printed Parts for Cars, Boats, Drones and Sport | Durable PETG
Order custom 3D printed parts for cars and motorbikes, boats and paddleboards, FPV drones and RC models, and sports equipment — replacement covers, brackets, accessories and prototypes.
Service Overview
Need to replace a cracked interior cover, make a phone mount that actually fits, or test the shape of a new spoiler? 3D printing is the fast, affordable answer for anyone who works on vehicles. Plastic parts on boats and around water suffer from sun and salt. They crack, and replacements are expensive or simply not sold. 3D printing produces strong, durable replacements — or entirely new improvements. 3D printing makes it easy to replace a damaged part on your drone, improve how it flies, or build something entirely of your own. We print in strong, light materials well suited to flying. Whether you compete or just enjoy your weekends, 3D printing can improve your performance or your comfort. From guards made to measure to repairs on expensive kit, the range is wide.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about this service
For ordinary interior parts we print in PETG, which is tough, dimensionally stable and copes with temperatures up to roughly 70 °C. For parts exposed to extreme heat — around a dashboard in direct sun, or in the engine bay — talk to us: heat-resistant special materials are handled order by order.
Yes, this is an ideal case for 3D printing. Send us the original part, even broken, and we can measure it, model it and print a new one. It is often the only way to get hold of an otherwise unobtainable plastic component.
Certainly. 3D printing is perfect for cheap, fast prototyping. We can print the spoiler at a reduced scale, or at 1:1 split into sections, to check the shape and the aerodynamics before committing to final production.
It depends on the application. For most interior parts — covers, surrounds, brackets — PETG prints are entirely strong enough. For heavily loaded mechanical components we recommend a conversation: we can optimise wall thickness, infill and print orientation, or choose a special material by agreement.
That is fine. Send us the part and we will measure it and build an accurate 3D model for printing. Modelling is charged at €26/hour and usually takes anywhere from tens of minutes to a few hours, depending on complexity.
We print in PETG as standard, which resists water, damp and chemicals well and is tough. For parts permanently exposed to strong UV we recommend a sheltered position, or a conversation about a UV-stable special material — handled case by case. For short-term and seasonal use in the sun, PETG is sufficient.
Certainly. Give us the dimensions of the unit's mounting foot and an idea of where and how you want it fixed, and we will design a mount to suit. 3D modelling is charged at €26/hour.
Printing a propeller is possible, but treat it as a get-you-home solution. The strength and cavitation resistance will never match an original. For prototyping a shape, or as an emergency spare, it can be genuinely useful.
The maximum size for a single part is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. If your frame is larger we split it properly into sections and bond them firmly after printing. The result is strong and the join is all but invisible.
We can print a model of your teeth if you supply a 3D scan. The mouthguard itself, though, we recommend having made by a specialist in certified materials — our PLA or PETG print serves as a visual model and is not intended for direct, prolonged contact in the mouth.
Yes. Send us the broken buckle (or its pieces) and accurate dimensions and we can model and print a replacement in a strong, tough material such as PETG. A quick and cheap repair.
